Anti-Psalm 1

Blessed is the man
who does not need anything from anyone
nor will he ask anyone for help
nor will he ever admit weakness.
But his delight is in his own self-sufficiency,
and on his awesomeness he meditates night and day.

He is like a child
drinking water from Lake Chernobyl.
There is no health, no life
only profound deformity.
The needy in Christ are not so,
but draw life deep from its very source.

Therefore, the awesome try to stand in the judgment,
doomed to be exposed as frauds, they tweet their mad skills—#blessed—determined to be acknowledged before all.
But the needy in Christ are known by only One,
and he remembers them forever.
